- Saute it for a while, then add chopped onion and capsicum.
- Once onion is soft and light brown, add boiled and roughly mashed kidney beans with potato and all spices.
- Keep aside to cool down to room temperature. Make oval shaped kababs and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry them on non-stick pan or deep fry if you want, and serve hot with any chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise.
