  1. Wash, peel and grate onion, potatoes and tomato. Chop green chilli. Soak rice on water.
  2. In a pan add ghee and oil. Add all whole spices along with cumin once hot.
  3. Saute until it's flavour is infused. Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Remove skin from roasted peanuts and keep it ready. Normally 1 cup of peanuts and 1 cup of raisins are used but i adjusted as per my requirement.
  4. Add shredded potato to roasted onion. Add chilli, turmerc and salt,,, Cook until oil releases.
  5. Add grated tomato. Boil water. Add peanuts and raisins to vegetables.
  6. Add rice to the mix. Add sugar to it. Can skip as per raisins quantity. Add four glasses of boiling water and cook until done. It has to be semi gravy type. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with coriander. Pour some ghee.. Enjoy with roasted green chillies and thick buttermilk.
