  2. Now heat3-4 tbsp oil in a wok. Crackle the cumin seeds.add green chilli,ginger paste and coriander seeds.saute for a while.
  3. Afterthat add red chilli powder, amchoor powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.mix it.
  4. Now add garam masala, cashews, raisins and grated coconut and mix it very well.
  5. Now add mashed potatoes and salt mix it.cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame.cool it.add coriander leaves also.
  6. Now pinch medium size balls from dough.make thin chapati and cut it into rectangular shape.now cut rectangular sheet again into two.keep overlap these sheets.
  7. Keep filling in centre.fold lower side then left side and lock the stuffing.
  8. Upper side and right side make a thin stripe with the help of knife.now we weave like a mat.
  9. Now heat the oil in a wok.deep fry all the samosa on low to medium flame untill crisp and golden.serve it with chutney and sauce.
