- Lightly fry the Paneer, beat the curd till fluffy.
- In a bowl take the Paneer, boiled chickpeas and boiled potato, add curd, normal salt, rock salt, zeera powder, chilli powder, chat masala and mix all the ingredients nicely.
- Bring this mixture to a plate, add green chutney, sprinkle sonth powder.
- Now garnish the chat plate with dalbiji, papdi, sev and pomegranate seeds. Yummy and delicious and healthy Paneer chat is ready to serve. Thanks
