- 1/4 Kg. Sweet Potato (Violet color)
- 3 Tbsp. Coconut milk
- to taste Salt and pepper

- Malabar Spinach (Alugbati leaves)
- 3 Tbsp. Cidar Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- For Plating :
- Cucumber
- Small onions
- Spring onion
- Cherry tomatoes
Instructions to make to make Capiz Mangagat Fish in Mango Sauce And Malabar Salad
- First Fillet the Snaper Fish.
- For breading: Combine all ingredients and set a side.
- Heat Oil.
