  3. Divide the dough into 8 small sized balls. Shape them according to your Choice.
  4. Take cornflour in a small bowl and with the help of water make slurry. This slurry shouldn't be thick.
  5. Dip cutlets in this cornflour mix and then coat with oats. Repeat the same process for all the cutlets.
  6. Keep them in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm them.
  7. Now you can deep fry or shallow fry them on tava as per your choice. I have shallow fried them to avoid much oil.
  8. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney or tomato sauce.
