  4. Add mutter and carrots. Add all dry spices.
  5. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. Let it cool.
  6. Now take dough and knead it again. Take small portion and roll it.
  7. Cut it in square shape. Divide into two halves. Over one strip over other like plus sign.
  8. Fill mixture in center. Cover frn two sides.
  9. Next sides cut in strips and fold alternatively by forming matt design.
  10. Accordingly prepare all. Heat oil and fry them on medium hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve hot with mint chutney and ketchup.
